Services
Brickline Chimney LLC ("Brickline") provides chimney sweeping, inspection, repair, relining, masonry, and related services across Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. All work is performed under DC PLU #98214, MD HIC #142207, and VA Class A #2705-177301.
Quotes & pricing
All work is quoted flat, in writing, before it begins. Quoted prices are valid for 60 days. Work not listed on a written quote is not performed and not billed without a new written quote approved by you.
Warranty
Masonry, crown, repointing, and waterproofing work carries a 2-year workmanship warranty. Stainless liner installations carry the manufacturer's lifetime warranty. If something isn't right within 30 days of any service, the same mason returns at no charge.
Scheduling & access
A responsible adult (18+) must be present during service. We may reschedule for unsafe roof or weather conditions; you may reschedule or cancel any appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
Liability
Brickline carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, except where law provides otherwise.
